  • Your Chrome version and operating system
  • The website URL you were inspecting
  • A screenshot of the Fusebox report if it does not include sensitive data
  • Your license email or checkout receipt ID

Refund policy

If Fusebox does not work for your Chrome profile, cannot activate your license, or materially fails to provide the advertised website analysis, contact support with your receipt and we will help restore access or issue a refund when appropriate.

Refund handling may depend on the payment processor and Chrome Web Store rules in effect at the time of purchase.

Detection corrections

Fusebox uses clean-room fingerprints and confidence-scored receipts. If a detection is wrong, send the URL and evidence. Confirmed fixes become regression fixtures so the same mistake does not return.
